DCX INNOVATIONS respects the right to privacy, in particular cares about the protection of their personal data and applies appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference with the privacy of Customers by third parties. Our activities are aimed at guaranteeing customers a sense of complete security at a level appropriate to the applicable law, including compliance with:
- Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection);
- The Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended);

• exchange of correspondence regarding business relations / concluded contract / between you and DCX INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o, including answering your queries regarding products and services provided by DCX INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o. (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);

The recipients of your data may be companies of the MCX Group
law firms; entities providing audit, advisory and consulting services; entities authorized under the provisions of law; entities processing data on the basis of a data processing agreement - only in accordance with the instructions of DCX INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o.
We may process your data processed on the basis of consent until it is withdrawn or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller may be processed until the legitimate interests of DCX INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o. constituting the basis for this processing or until you object to such processing. The data processed in connection with the concluded contract will be processed until the expiry of the contract and covers the warranty period and pursuing possible claims. Your data used for direct marketing purposes will not be further processed in the event of an objection.
You have the right to:
• the right to access personal data and the right to demand their rectification, objection to processing, deletion or limitation of their processing;
• the right to withdraw consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
• the right to transfer personal data,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

DCX INNOVATIONS Sp. z o.o. uses the so-called cookies ("cookies"), ie information stored on the user's computer. We use cookies only for the internal purposes of optimizing the website in terms of performance and for statistical analyzes. We do not collect them to identify you.
As regards the use of the Website by the User, we store http queries directed to the server. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses and relate to:
- public IP address of the end device from which the inquiry came;
- name of the User's station - identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible;
- User name provided in the authorization process.
In the scope of using the Website's functionality, the User may, however, be asked to provide the following personal data:
- first name and last name;
- e-mail adress;
- Phone number;
- address and company name;
- the content of the contact message.

IP address
Data about the IP address is saved in the system logs of the website. This data is used only for statistical purposes regarding the number of visits and does not allow you to be personally identified as a user.

If you give your consent, to receive commercial information by means of electronic communication and / or to use your telephone number, your personal data will be used as part of our marketing campaigns
