CITYSCANNER®

Worlds leading fully automated mobile All-in-one parking enforcement system

It all started with mobile multi-sensors.

Substitute multiple stationary sensors devices with one mobile multi-sensor

Digital era sollution instead of old expensive stationary sensors

The default approach to any sensing challenge is to install as many measuring devices as possible. If a city would like to count vehicles parked in a given area, they usually equip each parking lot with one occupancy sensor. This solution provides precise real-time data but apart from that is far from optimal.
Monitoring of the whole city center requires time and a huge initial investment in hardware.

  • It gathers the data with a speed proportional to its velocity.

  • If higher “refresh rate” is needed, one can easily increase the number of sensor carriers (scalability similar to “pay-as-you-go” cloud infrastructure).

The device scans license plates of parked cars and compares them with the database of vehicles with paid parking toll. It indicates not only the registration but also the car brand and the parking place to the centimeter, as well as the distance from the controlling vehicle.

The inspection consists of a double scan - within a few minutes - checking the car parked in the same place. It is so to exclude those cars whose drivers just arrived and are still clicking on the application, or have just gone to pay at the parking meter

CityScanner does not require hardware installation, power supply,  connectivity  and maintenance,  for every single area that you want to monitor.

CityScanner is easily scalable just add vehicles with the system or increase the scaned zone.

Testimonials

“Exactly a year ago paid parking zone E-controll vehicles (CityScanner) went on our city streets. Thanks to it we sealed the system significantly and the rate of unpaid parking stops dropped. We estimate that the system is even 10 times more effective than foot patrols!”
Rafał Trzaskowski – The President of City of Warsaw

“The higher effectiveness thanks to the system is in every citizen's interest. Money saved thanks to CS will be used to modernize towns road infrastructure and better the quality of living. “

Kamil Dabrowa
Chief Press Officer of the Presidents of the City of Warsaw Office.

“Currently there are 3 city Scanner vehicles on the streets of Warsaw. They traveled about 68k kilometers in the last year and controlled more than 1,3 million cars.
We are planning to acquire 4 more this year.”

Rafał Trzaskowski – The President of City of Warsaw
